The mantra 'learning is fun' was certainly true this summer for 24 prospective Year 7 students. They joined 10 of our existing Year 7 students to participate in a wide range of exciting competitive team activities that involved a forensic science murder investigation, making a DVD, designing and building bottle rockets, creating jigsaws, straw bridges and towers, a sports carousel. The week was rounded off with a trip to The Imperial War Museum at Duxford. This was a fantastic learning experience for everyone involved. |
